This does not mean that you have gained fats no, it’s that you lacked water and hence now it has been absorbed by body cells.  Higher intake of sodium than the usual one- excess sodium can lead to a temporary gain of weight. It later leads the belly to become distended and gain more weight.   Too much stress- when stress increases or become chronic in one, there is usually poor nutritional choices that one makes. In one research it showed that eating can be one way of reducing stress. When one is stressed there is the production of cortisol, this is a hormone that interferes with the weight loss of an individual. To do away with stress you need to ensure that your mind is engaged, for instance, having a walk, go to yoga lessons; watch a given comedy among other activities.

Eating extra carbs- taking a high amount of carbs can lead to weight gain. Carbs are able to hold more water and this leads to gain of weight. This is the reasons why those people who eat lower carbs contents are able to lose more weight than those who do not.   Eating snacks in the midnight- there are those who usually like taking snacks, ice cream, chips among others in the middle of the night. It should be understood that at the middle night the process of metabolism is usually low. This means that the body is inactive and hence it cannot burn off what you are eating. This will end up to gaining more weight. So if you do not want to gain weight keep off from night snacks.

However, if it has been affected it can lead to weight loss. Eating of foods that disturbs hormone-like soy can lead to a great impact. This makes hormones like estrogen, testosterone among others not to work properly. So many people have been buying and taking them in plenty. However, various researches have shown that fat-free foods have some harmful ingredients that can lead to weight loss.
